At Bluetyga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bluetyga account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
